I'm sorry you both had to go through such a hard time.
From your post, it seems you were a good boyfriend to her and did all you could (that she would allow) to support her. Having an abortion can be very difficult for some women. She may need time to herself. Breaking up with you may be her way of trying to put the abortion behind her. I don't know this of course, but it's possible. As much as you might want her back, she has to want it too. So you need to keep that in mind.
