Any sexual activity that does not involve ejaculate (which contains sperm) getting in (or on) the opening to the vagina is safe. If you decide to have sexual intercourse, condoms are very effective at preventing pregnancy (if used correctly each and every time you have sex) and also offer protection against STD's.
