Hi, Lauren.

Normal in the sense that there are more reasons than just being pregnant for a missed period. Stress can cause a late or missed period as well as extreme exercise, weight loss or weight gain, illness or hormonal imbalance to name a few. So, a period can occasional be off even for those with very regular cycles.
