Are you asking if she could be pregnant? There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex (no underwear) with ejaculation inside her vagina or (rarely) on the opening. I have no way to know why her stomach feels uncomfortable. Maybe it's something she ate or her period is due soon.
