There are many variables involved and "might have's" so don't worry about it. Ejaculate, if there was any, near your vagina doesn't mean in it and sperm really has to be deposited at the opening or inside. Your symptoms could be PMS or stress related. There is nothing you can do now anyway and your risk seems extremely low. I'm sure your period will be along in time. In future, be more aware of what you are doing and what's going on so you don't stress.
