A woman has to have unprotected sex (naked) to get pregnant and she has to be ovulating. Nothing you did could cause pregnancy - any wetness would have been her own fluids. A pregnancy can't occur when both parties are clothed. We can't say why her period is late; if she is concerned she can take a pregnancy test to ease her mind.
