You first need to have your prolapse surgery done. You can talk to your doctor about a tubal reversal; they work well in some cases, in others the reversal is not successful. At 48 you will likely need IVF to get pregnant so you have a lot of things to think about. Your doctor will be able to help you work through all the factors involved.
