New, vigorous exercise can certainly change the menstrual cycle. Being a couple of days early isn't very significant and a lack of symptoms or lighter period can mean the lining of your uterus was lighter this month - could be due to hormonal changes. Our cycles change at several points in our fertile lives - this could be the case with you. It is generally nothing to worry about but feel free to talk to your doctor about this if you have concerns.
