You cannot get pregnant through jeans or any clothing. It is a barrier, preventing intercourse and ejaculate from entering the vaginal canal. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening.
