Between 60 and 80 percent of women experience PMS, and it’s perfectly common for their particular set of symptoms to vary from month to month with age. Some months you might have breast tenderness, other months not. I wouldn't be concerned about this change (if pregnancy is not an issue). But if you are, speak to your doctor.
