Unless you had another condom mishap, she shouldn't be pregnant. As you say, she had her period (bleeding) after the ECP. The delay is likely from the pill. If she is concerned, she can test for pregnancy. Condoms used correctly, each and every time, are very good at preventing pregnancy.
