A heart rate of 67 beats per minute (or 11.2 beats every 10 seconds) can be within the range considered normal for adults and children over ten. However, each person is different as is their health, since she has had heart issues, I think it's best to speak with her doctor about her BP and pulse, especially as she is not feeling well.
