There is no way a random man followed you into a women's locker room to put sperm on your towel in order to impregnate (and all other men) you so we can go with the fact that you are not pregnant.
Please seek therapy for your paranoia and obsessions. Once they are dealt with, you can free yourself of these fears and have a healthier life.
