Lichen simplex chronicus (also known as neurodermatitis) is a form of eczema that starts as an itchy, scaly patch of skin that usually appears on the neck, wrist, forearm, thigh, ankle or genitals. Symptoms of lichen simplex chronicus include:
Leathery, thickened skin
Dark patches on the skin
Pronounced skin lines in the patches

What you have on your nose might be something else. Any sore that is not healing should be checked by a dermatologist.
