It's not unusual to feel stressed or depressed when going through a hard time or as you say, a bad year. We all hit rough patches in our life, face hardships and various challenges when things just seem to go wrong and it seems no one understands. I've been there! Try to remind yourself it's likely temporary, and things will eventually sort themselves out. Depending on your situation of course. Talk to a trusted friend or family member about what you are feeling. If you have not had a physical exam in a while, it might be a good idea to do so. Make sure the stress is not impacting your health. Your doctor may prescribe medication to help with the depression and/or stress.
