It's a bit difficult to know what is going on based on it being someone else with no other information other than his back feels misaligned and is deteriorating.
What kind of testing had he originally done to know about this deterioration? Is this and the misalignment coming from an old accident or injury or some other health condition? Please give us more details and we can try to help further.
