There should be no symptoms 2.5 months after you take emergency contraception. You can read all sorts of things on the internet, it's not advisable to believe it all or connect it with your situation.
Your didn't really have "pink discharge" - this was the start of your period that then got heavier. This is normal.
We can't tell someone if they are pregnant - you will need to take a test.
