MS can cause low lymphocytes which can in turn cause a lowered temperature.
By DMT, do you mean N,N-dimethyltryptamine? As in, you're on psychedelics?
And HPT - do you mean you have a hyperparathyroidism? Or hypertension? You are using too many acronyms for me to be able to help you as I'd like. Please let us know more (in plain English is fine) so we can help you further.
