Implantation that occurs at the latter end of the spectrum is known as late implantation which would be 12 days. You are well past that.
I think this has become a psychological issue for you (as you were sexually assaulted in some way) and you should seek help from a counselor. You have said yourself that all your tests are negative and the ultrasound clear. So, you are not pregnant, though you can't seem to believe it.
