You made a good decision to take Plan B but I know you know that the best decision is to never have unprotected sex if you aren't ready for a pregnancy.
Implantation bleeding are literal drops of blood over the course of a few days - maybe enough to fill a light panty liner. This bleeding doesn't have clots. The odds of you being pregnant are very low - about 5%.
It's far more likely that you are experiencing fairly typical side effects of Plan B - irregular bleeding and an irregular cycle for the first month after taking it.
To give you peace of mind, you can test for pregnancy in about 4-5 days but again, your risk is very low. Your cycle should get back to normal within a month.
