Hello. Thank you for posting.

It depends on what is causing your stomach upset. Do you have diarrhea? Is it that you can't keep any solids down? If so, try sipping gingerale or ginger tea or plain broth. For upset stomach and/or diarrhea a diet known as the BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast) is usually helpful until you feel better - if you are able to keep some solids down.
