Apple cider vinegar is considered helpful in lowering blood pressure. The usual amount per day is about two tablespoons and no more than six tablespoons per day. Don't use apple cider vinegar as the sole way to lower blood pressure and you may need more help with diet or even medication. Your doctor can help you with that.
