A blood pressure reading contains two numbers: systolic pressure and diastolic pressure. If your blood pressure is 120/80 or lower, it's considered normal. Generally, if a blood pressure reading is under 90/60, it is considered low and is referred to as hypotension.
LBP is usually not a concern unless you are having symptoms (paleness, fainting, dizziness, nausea, tiredness, etc). Speak to your doctor about your BP and low pulse readings.
