Your BP is higher than it should be but not at a level that should leave you in a panic.
Check to see if you're on any medications that could raise your BP.
Lower the salt content in your diet and rid yourself of any processed foods (anything in a plastic box in a freezer that is store bought) and eat live, healthy foods. Drink plenty of water and a little exercise daily, if you can.
If your BP lowers itself within a few months, you have taken care of the problem. If not, talk to your doctor about your options.
