By "iti's" do you mean UTI?

If your UTI's are confirmed, they aren't very likely to be connected to cancer. However, there is some evidence that they could be connected to bladder cancer - read more about that study here (cut and paste): https://www.webmd.com/women/news/20150521/urinary-tract-infection-bladder-cancer

Regarding your colon putting pressure on your bladder due to your vaginal wall - could you explain this further for us? There is a connection with bacteria causing UTI's due to pressure in that area...
