I don't like to tell anyone that "it's all in your head" because too many people with legitimate concerns have been told this by so-called professionals - especially women.
While the birth control pill regulates the menstrual cycle, short term problems can cause this to change. Stress, other medications, illness, travel or other factors can change the cycle. Late or missed pills - even ones that are made up, can also be a factor. Has anything gone on in the last month or two to cause any changes?
Since your tests are negative, that's a good thing as it's not likely they are wrong. However, if you don't get your period in the next week, a quick scan at your doctors office can let you know for sure.
If it's negative, your doctor can discuss this further with you.
