But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out. For all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina.
There are many reasons a person feels bloated, eating too much, eating too many carbohydrates, eating too fast, drinking soda, eating gassy foods, etc. If your friend is no longer on the pill and she does not wish to become pregnant, a condom should be used.
