Caudal shots are steroid shots, used to reduce inflammation in the affected area and in some cases, a patient can become pain-free. This is temporary - it can last weeks to months for some. In others, they don't work.
If you are not feeling any effect at all, let your doctor know. There is no point in getting them if they're not working at all. Caudal doesn't work for all people. You need to talk to your doctor about other options.
