Reversible ischemia involving the apex is a heart condition where the blood flow is obstructed, thus preventing oxygen and other necessities (like nutrients) from being properly carried around the body. The apex is the tip.
When it's "reversible", it means that this can be fixed (generally) with intervention, and so the body can recover.
