You don't take emergency contraception in February for unprotected sex in March. Postinor is supposed to be for emergencies situations - after sex. For future, don't have unprotected sex since this is the second time you have written afraid of being pregnant. If you took a pregnancy test and (scan?) then there is nothing to else to do. Your cycle needs to sort itself out.
