This does look like dermatitis. You might want to check any new beauty or skin care product you might be using. It might be due to allergy or irritation caused by contact of skin with an ingredient(s). I would highly recommend using only Top FREE (hypoallergenic) beauty or skincare products on SkinSAFE. Typical treatment would be a cortisone cream followed by a warm wet washcloth for 30 mins as often as every 3 hours. Additionally Zyrtec can be used. If it still continues you may want to consider patch testing. Always consult a physician
