While you can't get pregnant this way, if you saw ejaculate was there, you should have removed it for the hygienic consideration of others. As for pregnancy, for all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vaginal canal.
