Swelling and inflammation in the main passages (bronchial tubes) that carry air to the lungs (bronchitis)
COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
Lung cancer
Lung infection (pneumonia)
Abnormal buildup of fluid in the lungs (pulmonary edema)
Blocked lung artery (pulmonary embolus)
