HERWriter Guide

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing!

Some people can experience a spike in blood sugar or a dip on blood pressure, after eating. What kind of diet do you have?

Postprandial hypotension is a common condition that means a person's blood pressure gets low after eating.

It can be due to genetics, due to getting older or other factors including having high blood pressure (rather ironically).

Small meals, that are low in carbs, may help.

We cannot diagnose a condition- only offer a guide - so please discuss your symptoms with your doctor.
Best,
Susan
