Prunes are very good for helping with constipation and they are sweet - good for fruit smoothies. Pears, apples and chia seeds are also great options. All four of the above would be great in one smoothie. If you blend in some natural yogurt, then this smoothie once a day should really help as natural yogurt provides probiotics for gut health. .
For veg - broccoli, spinach and any kind of beans will help. You can mix one of these in with fruit smoothies.
