There is no confirmed way to lower a heart rate "in 15 minutes". But deep breathing can help, with meditation. De-stress. Don't put pressure on yourself to put yourself under a 15 minute time-line - that's enough to raise anyone's heart-rate. A warm shower can also help, as can being well-hydrated.
