That's a lot of weight to lose in two months time. If you want to lose weight and keep it off you need to consider the fact that it will require a lifestyle change. Even people that have weight loss surgery have to make long-term changes.

My advice is to see your doctor who knows the specifics of your health and can recommend an appropriate weight loss and exercise program for you or what other options there might be.
