Starting a few hours earlier on a day or two is not going to affect the effectiveness of the Pill.
Do you know how the pill works? It stops ovulation and is 99.9% effective when taken correctly, even with unprotected intercourse. Sperm cannot travel via penis to mouth to a vagina. There is no risk of pregnancy in your case.
