There is no active sperm in pre-ejaculate if the man has urinated between ejacualtions which is likely the case. Pre-ejaculate would not travel through a thin layer, the fabric would act as a barrier.
In any case, you are on the Pill and taking it correctly (an hour late here for there doesn't matter) so you would be almost 100% protected anyway. That is why you are on the Pill - to be fully protected even if you have unprotected intercourse.
