I am 23 and have Non Classical Adrenal Hyperplasia. I feel fine, no health problems. The signs I have are the typical hirutism,balding at the temples, light acne, and menstrual irregularities. I take birth control to have periods normally and sprionalactone for the hair. What I am wondering is if NACH causes health issues later in life. Have you had health problems directly caused by adrenal hyperplasia?
