Not to downplay depression (at all) but physical exercise can help enormously. I am a believer in taking medication when necessary, but I also know there is a strong link between our physical and mental health.

Exercise won't 'cure' depression but I think it should go hand in hand with treatment.

Do you know the major signs of depression? Would you recognize any of the symptoms if you had them?
