It's amazing how healing a positive mind is.

Stress is such a strain on our organs.

Your advice is very valuable and if we each focus on what we have, the positive side of life and the great things we've created we'll live happier lives.

Texashoney, how long did it take you to develop this mindset? Was it always in you, or did you have to learn it? And if so...how?
