10,000 steps every day can make a difference in your health, too. This means just clipping on a step counter and

* getting out of your desk chair for a couple of minutes every hour
* taking the stairs instead of the elevator
* parking your car on the far side of the lot
* taking a stroll around the office building at lunch

even all the steps taken around the house count!

Some companies, like DELL and others, have an in-house employee 10,000 steps challenge. If you don't have one, why not start one?
