I am interested in learning more about the Course in Miracles, too! The word "miracles" sounded like a religious course at first, but in your post, you said you consider yourself spiritual. I believe there are many people on this site who consider themselves spiritual as well, and it would be a wonderful conversation to have, particularly as it pertains to helping women feel hopeful, inspired, empowered and joyful! I feel most confident and content when I practice the many areas of spirituality as well; for me, that means being out in nature (it is very humbling!).

When I was going through a major transition in my life, and was very sad most of the time, I went to a counselor who recommended that I read the book, "Taming Your Gremlin". This book HELPED me TREMENDOUSLY! It is very simple and short (almost like a children's book), but the message is clear and to the point. You may want to read it (your local library may have it as well):

I hope we hear more about your Course in Miracles and what being a student of spirituality means to you, and how it has helped you overcome your difficult times.

Thanks for sharing!
