Arny, congratulations on your weight loss! I have known so many people who have battled their weight for years and it's wonderful you were able to lose. When you say you exercised like crazy, what did you do? Can you share with us your exercise schedule for a typical week? Or even a few days?

Had you tried to lose weight in the past? If so, what did you do differently this time? Any information you can share would be most appreciated and would help other women. Thanks.
