What do you do for exercise? A daily walk of just 10-20 minutes can help you burns calories, that gradually translates to weight loss for most folks.

As a runner, I know that a walk or run of at least 60 minutes gets me into the real "fat burning zone." But, at age 50-something, I know that losing weight is harder and slower; so, be patient.

Have you had a nutritionist analyze what you're eating? Perhaps your doctor can recommend one to you.
