I just read a great article on memory improvement and exercise, that states: "Studies have found that exercise seems to delay or sometimes prevent specific aging-related changes in your brain. And in some cases, exercise may even provide memory improvement."
This is definitely not a "magic bullet" or anything, but research shows after just 15 minutes of daily exercise (nothing too strenuous!) has shown benefits in brain functioning. Do you currently have an exercise routine?
