My doc says it's optical nerve related - kinda like a nerve spasm but somewhere in the optical nerve path. I sometimes wear dark polarized goggles like what swimmers wear. I never get a headache wearing those.
Do I look fashionable? Heck yes. At my age? LoL. It's nothing to do with sunlight on my skin.
