I have gotten sick from being in the sun as well, even when I don't do anything. I have looked around some and finding out how I can start making it so I can go out into the sun for longer periods of time.

I don't know if the things I found will help me or not, but I thought I would let people know what I am doing to see if it helps.

I found a site when I went looking into information about this problem. I had to think a bit about some of the symptoms that I have been having. One which led me to this page, which I got the idea about wearing SUN GLASSES (which I think helped me from not getting a headache when I went outside today).

Next I looked up information: Feels like my body is not absorbing water. Which I found some information. The information I found said that if you haven't drank a lot of water in a while (say you don't drink as much water in the winter) your body's organs get use to that amount of water that you take in. So it suggested that you should SIP SOME WATER through out the day:

Holistic Star says: "deeper dehydration, which is where the body has suffered dehydration over a longer period, and the organs have reset themselves to expect less water!"(http://www.stevepavlina.com/forums/health-fitness/24728-body-having-problems-absorbing-water.html)

So the things I have decided to try to do everyday (with in a month's time) is to:

1. Sip some water throughout the day.
2. Eat a little healthier.
3. Go outside where there is some shade (check time to see how long I can stay out there. Bring something to do since I don't know how long I will be out there). In and out of the shade until about the time before I get sick. (Take water with you, and make sure to drink some when you come back in). (For in your own yard if you are watering the lawn or something you can keep cool which should help with keeping the sun from effecting as fast).
4. Wear sun glasses when I go outside (may take an umbrella with me).

Also for some solutions to help people feel better (this is what I do):

1. Drink water (lots of it). (Or some other liquid, BUT NOT POP!!!! A pop can takes a cup and a half of water out of you, which will only make you more sick then you already are. If you are drinking pop for a headache don't drink all of it or make sure to drink lots of water with it!). Or SIP water or your drink.
2. Take a shower or bath (I think the body can absorb some water there).
3. Soak a Wash Cloth with Cold water and place on forehead. (Can use ice, but make sure that there is some sort of way that water is on your forehead. Like you can have a wash cloth with ice in it. If you are asking why, look at my comment above #2).
4. Eat something cold/cool (like ice cream, popsicle, etc.).
5. For headaches take pain killer with what you are drinking.
6. Good night sleep (if the solutions above don't help).

Good luck to everyone!! Hope some of the things I have suggested can help you in some sort of way!
