Hi, I have the same issue.
It has started quite recently, within the past two or so years (note that I'm 18). I have to spend every summer inside my house because standing in the sun longer than 40 minutes will make me extremely nauseous. Returning back inside to dark will I drink a lot of water 3 or more liters per day, so I am well hydrated all the time. I do not exert myself in the sun, I'm just walking and standing around. Nausea happens also when the sun is setting, so the intensity of the sunshine does not matter considering my nausea.
I live in Finland so the humidity isn't high here, the temperature will at most be 30 degrees Celsius in middle of the summer, which only lasts for approximately 2 months.
